Need a different ring size? Or have decided on a different style, No problem at all! Simply fill out the contact form below within 14 days of your parcel's arrival. We'll need you to return the item to our studio. Once we receive it, we'll issue you a store credit (Minus the original shipping if it was covered by The Gatherer's Grove) so you can repurchase the correct size or new design.

Please note, due to hygiene reasons, we can't offer exchanges or returns for any earring products. Also, all sale and promotional items are final and cannot be returned.

We take immense pride in the quality of our products. Every piece undergoes meticulous checks before it's sent your way. However, if you believe your product is faulty upon arrival, fill out the contact form below so we can personally assist you!
