If you're here, there's a good chance something sparkly made its way to you—thank you for choosing us! We hope it's love at first sight, but if it's not quite right, here’s how we can help:

Exchanges + Store Credit

Need a different size? Changed your mind on the style? Totally fine—here’s how to make it right:

  • Get in touch within 14 days of your parcel arriving
  • Your piece must be unworn, in its original condition, and include all packaging
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a store credit (minus any shipping we covered) so you can choose something else
  • Your credit will be valid for 12 months

A couple of important things to note:

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale

Sale or promotional items can’t be returned or exchanged


If Something Isn’t Quite Right (Faulty Items)

We pour our hearts into making sure every piece is perfect—but sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help if they don’t.

If you think something’s not quite right, let us know within 30 days of delivery

We’ll happily cover return shipping and take care of everything from there

If it’s been between 30 and 90 days, we’ll still assess any faults and help where we can—just note that return shipping will be your responsibility

Outside of 90 days, we consider most issues to be natural wear and tear from regular use
